微创膝关节单髁置换术研究进展

Abstract:

目的总结膝关节单髁置换术(unicompartmental knee arthroplasty,UKA)的优势、适应证以及微创UKA(minimally invasive surgery-UKA,MIS-UKA)手术技术进展及疗效。 方法广泛查阅UKA相关文献,并进行总结分析。 结果近年来UKA治疗膝关节单间室骨关节炎取得了满意疗效,单髁假体设计改进以及手术技术的进步,使得MIS-UKA成为可能,特别是计算机及机器人辅助导航技术的应用,大大提高了假体植入的精确性。 结论随着假体设计改进和手术技术进步,MIS-UKA的优势进一步凸显,适应证也扩大;但计算机及机器人辅助导航技术的应用能否进一步提高疗效仍需研究证实
