人工肩关节置换研究进展

Abstract:

目的总结人工肩关节置换术式及假体演变,讨论临床常用人工肩关节置换的适应证和禁忌证以及临床疗效。 方法广泛查阅复习人工肩关节置换相关文献,并进行研究和总结分析。 结果目前,人工肩关节置换可分为半肩关节置换、全肩关节置换、肱骨头表面置换、无柄肩关节置换和逆向型肩关节置换等,各有相应的适应证和禁忌证。置换术后可解除肩关节疼痛、恢复肩关节抬举和外展功能,大多数假体的生存率可达到10年以上。 结论人工肩关节置换术对治疗肩关节疾患、改善关节疼痛和恢复关节功能均有效,疗效满意
