细胞治疗与组织工程方法再生涎腺的研究进展

Abstract:

目的 综述细胞治疗与组织工程方法再生涎腺的研究新进展,为治疗涎腺功能障碍提供理论依据。 方法 广泛查阅近年有关细胞治疗与组织工程方法再生涎腺的文献,并进行总结分析。 结果 细胞治疗与涎腺组织工程方法均可修复涎腺功能,但三维培养的涎腺类器官在器官发生和功能表达过程中的机制,及组织特异性细胞外基质在其中的作用问题,仍有待进一步研究。 结论 需要进一步深入开展干细胞治疗和组织工程人工涎腺的基础研究,建立涎腺类器官的体外培养体系,开展涎腺干细胞或其他组织来源的干细胞及干细胞转基因后移植的体内效应研究
