自体静脉神经导管修复周围神经缺损的研究进展

Abstract:

目的综述自体静脉神经导管修复周围神经缺损的研究进展。 方法查阅近年国内外有关自体静脉神经导管修复周围神经缺损的研究文献,并进行总结分析。 结果大量基础研究和临床应用表明,自体静脉神经导管能够修复短距离神经缺损,尤其是导管复合有各种自体非神经组织、细胞、生长因子等情况时,其效果接近自体神经移植。 结论自体静脉神经导管修复神经缺损可以较好地作为自体神经移植的补充,改进自体静脉神经导管以修复周围神经缺损是今后研究方向
