尺骨冠状突前内侧骨折与肘关节外侧副韧带复合体损伤对肘关节后内侧旋转稳定性影响的生物力学研究

Abstract:

目的 探讨尺骨冠状突前内侧骨折及肘关节外侧副韧带复合体(lateral collateral ligament complex,LCLC)损伤对肘关节后内侧旋转稳定性的生物力学影响。 方法 取 4 具新鲜成年男性尸体双上肢标本,分别按照以下顺序制备模型,包括:完整肘关节(A 组,n=8)、单纯 LCLC 损伤模型(B 组,n=4)、单纯冠状突前内侧骨折模型(C 组,n=4)、LCLC 损伤合并冠状突前内侧骨折模型(D 组,n=8)。采用 Instron 8874 液压伺服生物力学测试系统进行生物力学测试,根据载荷-位移曲线计算扭矩。 结果 实验过程中各组均未出现肘关节完全脱位。A、B、C、D 组扭矩分别为(10.286±0.166)、(5.775±0.124)、(6.566±0.139)、(3.004±0.063)N·m,组间比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。 结论 冠状突前内侧骨折、LCLC 损伤以及两者联合损伤均会影响肘关节后内侧旋转稳定性
