Lapidus术式的发展与展望

Abstract:

目的总结第1跖楔关节融合术(Lapidus术)治疗外翻的研究进展。 方法广泛查阅近年Lapidus术的相关研究文献,并进行分析总结。 结果Lapidus术是通过截骨、融合、固定来达到矫正外翻畸形的目的,其适应证广,已广泛应用于临床,并获较好疗效。术者可根据患者个体差异选择切口、截骨、融合固定方式,以达到最佳矫正效果。 结论随着手术技术的成熟以及内固定材料的发展,Lapidus术已成为治疗中晚期外翻的最终选择。而关节镜的应用,使Lapidus术式更加多样化
