目的 基于股骨头坏死(osteonecrosis of the femoral head,ONFH)的围塌陷期理论,总结各保髋术式。 方法 阐述围塌陷期理论的基本要点;广泛检索国内外相关文献,以围塌陷期理论为基础,分析各保髋术式的原理、疗效及发展趋势。 结果 ONFH 的保髋术式趋于注重力学修复,同时兼顾生物学修复,这与围塌陷期理论强调生物力学稳定对股骨头坏死修复的重要性一致。 结论 ONFH 围塌陷期理论对保髋手术时机选择具有指导意义,是保髋治疗的理论依据之一
