Abstract:

针对自行研制的一台二冲程压缩空气发动机,采用热力学理论分析和?分析方法建立数学模型,并在该基础上构建SIMULINK模块和GUIDE 模块混合编程,进行仿真计算,并经过试验验证后,分别探究了储气罐压力、进气提前角及进气持续角对能量利用率的影响。结果表明,当进气持续角保持在80°CA时,能量利用率为最佳的进气提前角为15°CA,在进气压力为3MPa下,能量利用率为最佳的进气持续角为70~90°CA。
Thermodynamics theory analysis and energy analysis were adopted to establish a mathematical model of a self-developed two stroke compressed air engine, upon which both SIMULINK module and GUIDE module were constructed for mixed programming and simulating calculations. Based on model validation, the effects of reservoir pressure, inlet advance angle and inlet duration angle on energy utilization were explored . The results shows that the optimal advance angle is 15°CA at 80°CA duration angle ,the proper duration angle is between 70°CA and 90°CA at the inlet pressure of 3MPa . pressure.
