第三类条件下一维平板对流融化过程的分阶段求解

Abstract:
为了研究一维平板融化各个传热阶段的特性,以第三类边界条件下一维有限厚度平板对流融化过程为研究对象,同时考虑融化后的相变材料被周围流体及时带走,把传热过程分成3个阶段,分别建立了传热计算模型,并采用三次多项式热平衡积分方法对各阶段进行近似求解。获得了易于求解的相界面能量方程与平板内部导热控制方程。并通过具体应用,分析了冰层融化各阶段温度分布、显(潜)热量及相界面变化规律。
In order to study the characteristics of melting heat transfer process of plate,the one-dimensional plate convective melting process of a finite thickness layer under the third boundary condition is dealt, considering the melted material carried away by surrounding fluid in time. The heat transfer process is divided into three stages, and calculation model of the three stages were established respectively. A cubic heat balance integral method is used in solving the solution of each stage. The conductive control equation and boundary energy equation were obtained ,which are easy to solve. Finally, through concrete applications, the change trends of the temperature distribution, sensible heat (latent heat) and phase change interface in the various stages of melting ice were analyzed.
