湿度差驱动下蒸发冷冻海水淡化产水特性研究

Abstract:
提出了一种在0℃环境下,利用气流与海水溶液界面间湿度差驱动溶液自身蒸发冻结来实现海水淡化的方法,搭建了湿度差蒸发冷冻海水淡化实验装置,给出了该蒸发冷冻海水淡化产水的计算方法,对影响产水的主要因素气液界面间湿度差、气流流量进行了分析。结果表明,气液界面间的湿度差是决定蒸发冷冻海水淡化产水的关键因素,湿度差越大产水量越高;气流流量也显著影响着溶液的结冰,较大的气流流量有利于溶液的冻结,从而获得更多的产水量。
Facing with severer water shortage and energy resource crisis, it is important to develop the high-performance desalination. A new freezing desalination is proposed, which is driven by humidity difference in 0℃ environment. Based on the heat and mass balance, a theoretical model of evaporation-freezing desalination driven by humidity difference is presented. The effects of humidity difference and gas flow on water yields were studied. The results indicate that the humidity difference was a key factor for the evaporation-freezing desalination, favoring the water production. Gas flow was another important factor for the water yields, the larger gas flow the more sea water to be frozen.
