Abstract:

为延长苹果蠹蛾性信息素在野外的缓释时间并提高其药效,研究了壁材、壁材芯材比、剪切速度、均质压力等条件对制备微胶囊乳液的粒度分布和包覆率的影响,并在室内不同温度下测定其缓释效果,以确定适宜的制备工艺.结果表明,微胶囊乳液的最佳配方为:壁材为辛烯基琥珀酸淀粉钠:麦芽糊精:β-环糊精=15:3:2,壁材与芯材比例为10:1,剪切速度为10 000 r/min,剪切时间2 min,高压均质压力为25 MPa,均质2 min,二次均质时加入10 g液体石蜡.室内缓释测试表明,在25 ℃下未微胶囊化的性信息素稀释液5 h后检测不到苹果蠹蛾性信息素,而制备的微胶囊乳液在30、40、50 ℃条件下缓释进行到91 d时,均可检测到性信息素,说明苹果蠹蛾性信息素进行包埋具有缓释作用.
To extend controlled release time and improve the control effects of sex pheromones of codling moth Cydia pomonella, the influence of wall material, the ratio of wall material to core, shear rate and homogenous pressure on the microcapsule size and encapsulating rate were studied, and the release effects of the microcapsules were tested under 30, 40, 50 ℃ in the laboratory. The results showed that the optimum wall material for the microcapsules was starch sodium octenyl succinate:maltodextrin:β-cyclodextrin=15:3:2; the ratio of wall material to core material was 10:1; the shear rate was 10 000 r/min in 2 min; homogenized under 25 MPa for 2 min, and then homogenized again after 10 g liquid paraffin was added. The pheromone in microcapsules could be detected after 91 days at 30, 40 or 50 ℃, but the unencapsulated sex pheromone was undetectable after 5 hours at 25 ℃, indicating that the codling moth sex pheromone microcapsules had a good release effect.
