Abstract:

为明确感染南方水稻黑条矮缩病毒(Southern rice black-streaked dwarf virus,SRBSDV)水稻对非介体褐飞虱取食行为的影响,在人工气候室通过刺探电位监测技术对褐飞虱在感染SRBSDV水稻植株和健康水稻植株上的取食行为进行持续监测和比较分析。结果表明,与对照相比,在感染SRBSDV水稻植株上取食的褐飞虱其取食路径波Nc(N2+N3)(口针在维管束组织移动)的总持续时间显著延长了116.69%,Nc(N2+N3)波形持续时间占总监测时间的百分数也显著提高了100.42%;而口针刺探次数和刺探时间、在韧皮部及木质部取食次数和持续时间等均显著差异。表明水稻感染SRBSDV后对褐飞虱的取食行为影响不大,仅显著延长了其到达取食位点的时间。
To evaluate the effects of Southern rice black-streaked dwarf virus (SRBSDV)-infected rice plants on the feeding behavior of brown planthopper (BPH), Nilaparvata lugens (St?l), a non-vector of SRBSDV, the differences of feeding behaviors between BPH on the SRBSDV-infected and healthy rice plants were explored using the electrical penetration graph (EPG) techniques in an artificial climate chamber under 26 ℃. Compared with the BPH feeding on the healthy rice plants, the total duration of path waveform Nc (N2+N3) (movement of stylet in vascular tissue) of BPH feeding on SRBSDV-infected rice plants was significantly prolonged by 116.69%. Moreover, the percentage of Nc (N2+N3) waveform in the whole recording time was significantly improved by 100.42%. However, no obvious differences were observed on the frequency of stylet probing, the duration of stylet probing, the frequency and duration of penetration into phloem and xylem. These results implied that the feeding behavior of BPH was not significantly affected by feeding on the SRBSDV-infected rice plants except that the duration of stylet reached the foraging site was significantly prolonged.
