实施乡村振兴与推进农业农村现代化是新时代解决“三农冶问题的基本方针政策。 对农业农村现代化的内涵和推进路径进行理论辨析,旨在更加科学合理地理解农业农村现代化问题,以促进乡村振兴战略实践的有效推进。 农业现代化的本质是要通过农业变革,实现农业的生产效率和经济效益的提升。 农村现代化的真实内涵则是乡村主体性的维续和乡村新的发展。 在乡村振兴中推进农业农村现代化,需要走中国特色农业农村现代化道路,即以粮食安全为核心、以农户为主体、由农民因地制宜自主选择的多样性道路。
Implementing rural vitalization and promoting agriculture-rural modernization are the basic policies to resolve “agriculture-countryside-peasant” problems in the new era. To analyze theoretically on the meaning and road of agricultural and rural modernization is in order to get better understanding of the issues and to promote more effective rural vitalization. The nature of agricultural modernization is to achieve the goal of improving agricultural production effectiveness and economic effectiveness. The real meaning of rural modernization is the subjective maintenance and new development for rural society. In order to promote agricultural and rural modernization in the new era, we should choose the road with China’s characteristics, that is, taking food security as the center, peasant household as main body, and diverse ways selected independently by peasants according to different situations.
