阶级话语与日常生活：集体化时代干群身份及其关系的历史建构——以山西平遥双口村为例
Class Discourses and Daily Life: the Identity of Rural Cadres and the Masses and their Relationship for Constructing History in the Collectivization Era——A case study of Shuangkou village in Pingyao county, Shanxi Province

阶级话语是中共意识形态的反映,能够约束和规范人们的社会行为。集体化时代的阶级话语建构着党和国家的权威及社会规范,也从社会地位和社会形象上塑造着干部与群众的角色、地位及干群关系。本文从话语分析和话语实践的视角,探讨阶级话语对干群身份及其相互之间关系的历史建构。在党的阶级话语中,乡村干部应该尽职尽责、私奉献,发挥模范带头作用,做群众的公仆；群众应该服从干部的领导,安心劳动,同时积极维护集体利益,约束自身违背党的意识形态的言行；干群之间应该鱼水相依,团结合作,平等和谐。但是,阶级话语的这种建构不能与干群的道德观念、生存理性及乡村的人情网络完全相适应,在某种程度上受到村民日常生活逻辑的消解。
The ideology of CPC was reflected by the class discourses, which could constrain and regulated human’s social behavior. Class discourses in the collectivization era built the authority of the CPC and the state and social rules, also defined the roles, the status, and their relationship of the cadres and the masses from the perspective of social status and images. This thesis discusses the historical constructing of class discourses which contributed to the cadres and the masses’ identity and their relationship from the perspective of discourse analysis and practice. In the discourses of the CPC, the cadres should fulfill their duties as models, devote themselves and be the first to be a model to serve for the masses; the masses should obey the cadre’s leadership, commit themselves to agricultural production, safeguard collective interest, and constrain the words and deeds violating the CPC’s ideology; the cadres and the masses should closely depend on each other in a group, be equal and harmonious. But the constructing of class discourses couldn’t be completely applied to the morality, reasonable existence and the local condition of the cadres and the masses. To some extent, its effectiveness was weaken by the logic of the villagers in daily life.
