村庄本位：中国农村社会工作的推进导向
Village-oriented Approach: The Way of Advancing China’s Rural Social Work Process

由于对西方社会工作理论和知识体系的过度依赖，中国农村社会工作发展的主体性明显不足。基于对中国国情和村庄特点及实际处境的判断，文章提出村庄本位的农村社会工作推进导向和发展思路，强调农村社会工作导向应从个人、家庭服务转向村庄服务，从问题解决转向关系调适，从经济帮扶转向文化帮扶。村庄本位的农村社会工作可以在村庄社会关系调适、经济资源整合与共同体意识培养方面等发挥重要作用，进而助力培植农村发展的内源动力，其要义在于更好地推进农村社会工作的主体性发展，并在专业理论、知识体系和实务模式创新上推进农村社会工作的本土化。
The heavy reliance on western theory and its knowledge system of social work hampered the indigenization process of social work development in rural China. Based on the national conditions and characteristics in rural villages, this paper suggests that social work in villages should be done under these ways: taking village itself as a standard; focusing on the service for village instead of individual and family; regulating relationship rather than solving problems; translating from financial support to cultural support. Village-oriented social work could be helpful in adjusting social relationship, integrating financial resources and nurturing the sense of community, which will then generate endogenous ability for the development of rural areas. The main purpose of village-oriented social work lies in the subjective development and the indigenization of theory, knowledge and practice of our own rural social work.
