Abstract:

近年来,农民合作社数量迅猛增长。 合作社把分散的小农户组织起来采取供给安全食品的 集体行动,对于从供给侧解决食品安全问题意义重大。 论文从集体行动理论的视角,调查了 7 省 10 家 供给安全食品的合作社和 5 家未能供给安全食品的合作社,对比了合作社采取集体行动的内部因素,考 察了影响合作社供给安全食品的集体行动的外部因素,认为合作社领导的道德资本是合作社供给安全 食品的第一要素,健全的新制度供给、选择性激励和可信承诺是主要条件,解决安全食品的销路是促进 合作社供给安全食品的集体行动的重要外部条件。
The development of farmer cooperatives in China is very rapid. The collective action of farmer cooperatives to organize scattered farmers to produce safe food, which is of great significance to solve the food safety problem in China from the supply side. Based on the theory of collective action, This paper investigates 10 cooperatives that supplied safe food and 5 cooperatives that have failed to provide safe food in 7 provinces, compares the internal factors that cooperatives take collective action and examines the external factors that affect the collective action to produce safe food. holds that the moral capital of cooperatives leaders is the primary factor for cooperatives to provide safe food, perfect new regulation, selective incentives and credible commitment are the main conditions for the supply of safe food, and put forward that the sale of safe food is an important external factor for collective action of farmer cooperatives to produce safe food.
