农村土地流转研究评述
Research Review on Land Transfer in Rural China

十七届三中全会以来，我国以资本下乡为主的农村土地流转规模迅速发展。学界对土地流转相关领域的研究也呈现出数量大、多学科、多视角、多主题的特点。文章对当前国内外针对农村土地流转的相关文献进行回顾和梳理，发现现有研究主要是从农村土地流转的概念和规模、对大规模土地流转的态度，土地流转过程中出现的问题、成因及对策，以及土地流转对乡村社会结构、农户权益保障和农户生计影响等几个方面进行阐述。这对系统、全面地了解我国农村土地流转的背景和当前研究进展具有重要的参考价值。建议未来研究可从性别视角、底层视角对该研究领域进行更深一步的探索。
The scale of land transfer in rural China, characterized with capital down to countryside, developed rapidly since the Third Plenary Session of the 17th central committee of CPC, which attracted a large number of researchers attention and the research presents large quantity, cross-disciplinary, multi-perspectives and multiple topics. The purpose of this article is to review previous researches on land transfer in rural China and provides basis and references for future studies. Following with the concepts and land transfer related policies review, it is found that the existing research mainly focused on the following aspects: different attitudes to large scaled land transfer; problems, causes and countermeasures of land transfer; land circulation and class differentiation, impacts of land transfer on community structure, households’ rights and livelihood, etc. These researches have provided important basis for the improvement and implementation of land transfer policy. This article will contribute to help researchers understand the background and policies of land transfer in rural China, on-going research, and thus supply sources for future research in this field. It is recommended that future research could explore in this field from gender and grassroots and other perspectives.
