Research Progress and Future Prospects of Targeted Poverty Alleviation Since the Eighteenth CPC National Congress

十八大以来,精准扶贫成为我国农村扶贫工作的主旋律,相关研究呈现爆发式增长。 学界对于精准扶贫的研究主要围绕理论及现实背景、概念内涵及实践模式、困境及根源、改进策略等方面,表现出多学科共同关注、多视角探讨丰富主题、从规范分析走向实证分析等特征,但同时存在着对精准扶贫实践理论提升不足、缺乏比较研究视野、大规模量化分析缺位、欠缺文化视角等局限。 据此,文章从精准扶贫理论化、研究方法、数据和关注议题等方面提出未来研究展望。
Since the 18th CPC National Congress, targeted poverty alleviation has become the main theme of China’s rural poverty alleviation, the output of related research increased rapidly. These studies are mainly focus on the theoretical and practical background, concept connotation, practical model, dilemma and root cause, improvement strategy and so forth, representing the multi-disciplinary concerns, multi-perspective exploration, and analysis from normative to empirical. However, some limitations still existed, such as insufficient theory improvement of the precision poverty alleviation, lack of comparative research horizons, quantitative analysis on a large scale of data and cultural perspective. Based on these above, this article proposes future research prospects from the precision poverty alleviation theory, research methods, data and issues concerned of precision poverty alleviation.
