Abstract:

采用试验与离散元模拟相结合的方法,对U形筒和圆形筒螺旋输送机输送颗粒物料的动态过程进行对比研究。结果表明:1)U形筒和圆形筒螺旋输送机输送颗粒时都存在质量累积波动现象,波动现象都随着螺旋叶片的转速、螺旋输送机的倾斜角度增加逐渐减弱;2)螺旋输送机的倾斜角度在0~45°时U形筒的效率大于圆形筒,当倾斜角度超过60°后圆形筒效率超过了U形筒,另外输送效率并非随螺旋叶片的转速增加线性增大,而是当转速增大到一定值后趋于稳定;3)对比U形筒和圆筒螺旋输送机工作时颗粒在所受挤压力,位于进料口处颗粒受力最大,且在进料口处圆筒螺旋输送机大于U形筒,转速增加颗粒受力趋稳。
The dynamic process of conveying particles of U-shaped tube screw conveyor and circular tube screw conveyor was studied by the combination of experiment and discrete element method.The results showed that:1) There was mass accumulation fluctuation in the conveying of particles with U-shaped tube screw conveyor and circular tube screw conveyor, and the fluctuation gradually decreased with the increase of rotating speed and inclination angle;2) The efficiency of the U-shape tube was higher than round tube at 0-60°.However, the efficiency of the round tube exceeds the U-shape tube under the inclination angle was larger than 60°.Besides, the relationship between transport efficiency and rotational speed was no-linear, which remained stable after rotational speed exceeded an upper limit value;3) Particles at the feed hopper displayed larger compressive forces than those at other places, and the circular tube was larger than the U-shape tube in feed hopper, which increased the rotational speed and the particles compressive force tended to be stable.
