草莓芽休眠诱导过程中叶生长及相关基因表达变化

Abstract:
为进一步研究草莓(Fragaria × ananassa)芽休眠诱导过程中温度和光周期响应的互作关系,以草莓Albion盆栽匍匐茎苗为试材,分别实施18 ℃/8 h、15 ℃/16 h、15 ℃/8 h和12 ℃/16 h处理,以26 ℃/16 h为对照,光照强度是200 μmol/(m2·s),调查叶生长和相关基因表达量。结果低温、短日均使相邻两片叶抽生的时间间隔明显延长,抑制草莓叶生长。15 ℃/8 h 和12 ℃/16 h温光组合可以有效诱导草莓植株假休眠。15 ℃临界温度下FaPHYA 和FaPHYB 表达受短日照诱导,通过FaPIF4调控IAA响应,较高温度下植株对日长的响应延迟。而12 ℃条件下草莓植株休眠诱导与光周期反应不相关。低温与短日均为草莓芽休眠诱导的环境因子,温度较光周期更重要。
To identify the mutual relationship between temperature and photoperiod during the bud dormancy induction in strawberry(Fragaria × ananassa),Growth of newly unfolded leaves and the relative expression of genes related temperature and photoperiod responses were analyzed under the conditions of 18 ℃/8 h、15 ℃/16 h、15 ℃/8 h、12 ℃/16 h and 26 ℃/16 h.And Light intensity is 200 μ mol/(m2·s).Time interval of new leaf emergence between two neighboring leaves was increased by low temperature and short photoperiod obviously,and the growth of leaf was inhibited Pseudo-dormancy was effectively induced at 15 ℃/8 h or 12 ℃/16 h.The expressions of FaPHYA and FaPHYB were activated in short day under the condition of 15 ℃,then regulating the auxin signaling via FaPIF4.The response to short day length is delayed under higher temperature.In 12 ℃,the induction of dormancy did not correlate to photoperiod response in strawberry.Low temperature and short photoperiod are the environmental factors in the dormancy induction of strawberry.Temperature is more important than photoperiod in bud dormancy induction of strawberry.
