本文主要分析总结我国目前“医养结合”养老模式发展的3种融合形式的发展现状以及探讨各模式中存在的问题，再从医养结合机构的资金、人员、政策、管理4个方面提出改善建议，为构建合理的医养结合养老模式提供参考意见。
