The Schr？dinger equation of Manning-Reson potential with centrifuge term is investigated using the proper quantization rule approach for any states. Seting the proper quantization rule and a new approximate, the energy spectra of Manning-Rosen potential can be determined from its ground state energy only. Finally, two special cases for l=0 and α=0 or 1 are discussed briefly.
