公众政府信息获取渠道的选择——基于网络渠道与传统渠道的对比分析
Public Access to Government Information Channel Selection: Based on Comparative Analysis of the Network Channel and Traditional Channel

摘要 文章通过借鉴国外的公众公共服务渠道选择模型，结合我国政府信息获取渠道的特点，分别构建公众选择政府网站、电子邮箱等网络渠道与政府接待厅、电话等传统渠道获取政府信息的渠道选择模型，最后采用Logisic非线性回归方法实证分析我国公众政府信息获取渠道选择的现象。研究结果表明，传统渠道的政府接待厅和网络渠道的政府网站是我国公众选择的获取政府信息的最主要的渠道，每天上网的人更偏向于选择网络渠道。
Abstract: Based on foreign citizens' public service channel choice model and combining the characteristics of channel of access to government information in China，the paper builds the model of citizens' public channel choice of electronic channel and traditional channel. Then，the model is analyzed through statistical description and logistic regression. Finally，the results show that government office and government websites are the most commonly used，while those citizens that used the internet daily preferred to use websites to access government information .
