面向QoE基于物联网的云图书馆服务
QoE-oriented Cloud Library Services Based on Internet of Things

摘要 文章给出一种在物联网和云计算环境下， 基于面部表情识别和谈话内容计算QoE的有效方法，旨在使图书馆能真正从用户需求的角度出发，提供有针对性的高效服务，为未来基于物联网的云图书馆的发展寻求一条新的出路。
Abstract: This paper proposes a QoE oriented Internet of Things based cloud library，the core idea is to use QoE to improve quality of services，and realize use - centered library services. Furthermore，this paper presents an effective QoE computation method using facial information and conversation content under the environment of Internet of Things and cloud computing. The purpose of this paper is to provide efficient library services for users，and proposes a new solution for the future Internet of Things based cloud library .
