生命周期视角下的科学数据监管工具研究及启示
Study and Enlightenment of Scientific Data Regulatory Tools under Life Cycle Perspective

摘要 文章阐述了科学数据监管的内涵，并以科研活动过程为依据，划分科学数据生命周期。然后从生命周期不同阶段的角度，调研分析国外科学数据监管工具，据此提出关于我国图书馆开展科学数据监管的一些建议。
Abstract: This paper expounds the connotation of scientific data management，according to scientific research activities，dividing the scientific data life cycle . Then from the perspective of different stages of the life cycle，investing and analyzing tools of the foreign data curation，and putting forward some suggestions on the scientific data curation of our library accordingly .
