摘要 文章分析了4G技术下移动阅读呈现出的新特征以及4G环境下图书馆移动阅读服务的用户需求，对图书馆构建基于4G的移动阅读服务模式进行了探索与研究， 以满足4G时代读者不断增长的移动阅读信息需求。
Abstract: This paper analyzes the new features of mobile reading and the user requirement of library mobile reading service under 4G enviroment，the author explores the mobile reading service model of libraries based on the 4G，in order to meet the demand of readers' mobile reading information in 4G era .
