摘要 文章首先界定了图书馆岗位设计以及新型图书馆员的相关概念， 然后分析了新型图书馆员产生的背景和动因， 接着选择海外国家新型图书馆员岗位设计的具体案例进行了介绍， 在此基础上探讨了新型图书馆岗位的发展特征及未来走向。
Abstract: This paper defines the library job position design，new librarian position and the other related conceptions . Then the authors introduce the context and driver facts of new librarian，following makes the case studies on new librarian from overseas libraries. At last，the paper discusses the growth characteristics and future trends of new librarians .
