我国信息资源产业发展评价的实证分析
Empirical Analysis of Information Resources Industry Development Evaluation in China

摘要 文章从信息资源产业的内涵解析出发，结合产业竞争力评价方法，设计了信息资源产业发展评价指标体系，并拟合出信息资源产业发展指数（IRIDI）来对该产业展开评测，揭示了我国信息资源产业发展中所存在区域差异大、发展水平低、政策环境有待优化等问题。在此基础上，文章进一步提出了促进我国信息资源产业发展的对策建议。
Abstract: This paper develops information resource industry development evaluation index system based in the analysis of the connotation of information resources industry and combined with the evaluation method of industrial competitiveness，fits the Information Resource Industry Development Index （IRIDI）to start the evaluation of the industry，and reveals the problem of information resource industry development in China：large regional differences，the low level of development，the policy environment should be optimized . Then，this paper further puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to promote the development of information resource industry in China ,
