学术虚拟社区用户持续知识共享的意愿研究
Studies in the Willingness of Academic Virtual Community Users Continuous Knowledge Sharing

摘要 文章采用社会资本理论和技术接受模型， 构建学术虚拟社区持续知识共享的结构方程模型，深入探究学术虚拟社区用户持续知识共享的关键影响因素。以科学网社区用户为调查对象， 通过网络调查获得370份有效问卷，采用偏最小二乘法（PLS）对模型进行验证。研究结果表明，社会资本、感知有用性和感知易用性均对学术虚拟社区知识共享满意度具有显著的正向影响， 并且知识共享的满意度显著地影响持续知识共享的意愿。
Abstract: In order to explore key influencing factors of knowledge sharing continuance intention in academic virtual communities，this study builds a continuance intention model of knowledge sharing based on social capital theory and Technology Acceptance Model（TAM）. And the model is validated by Partial Least Squares（PLS）method through online questionnaire of 370 valid responses from ScienceNet.cn, The results indicate that social capital，perceived uesfulness and perceived ease of use are significantly related to continuance intentions to share knowledge，and users' satisfaction is significantly related to knowledge sharing continuance intention in academic virtual communities.
