公众需求视角的政府电子信息服务质量影响因素概念模型
Influencing Factors Conceptual Model of Public Demand Perspective-basedGovernment Electronic Information Service Quality

摘要 文章以公众需求为切入点，概述政府电子信息服务研究的主要问题，包括政府电子信息服务中的用户分类及其需求研究、公众需求视角下的政府电子信息服务研究以及公众视角下的政府电子信息服务质量评价研究3方面的内容。通过对主要问题的归纳、总结，从中找到公众需求与政府电子信息服务的结合点，并以此为基础构建公众需求视角下政府电子信息服务质量影响因素研究的概念模型，为后续研究做准备。
Abstract: Taking public demand as the breakthrough point，the article has summarized three main aspects of Government Electronic Information Service（G - EIS）research，including the research on public classification and the needs of G - EIS，the G - EIS from the perspective of public demand and the quality evaluation of G - EIS based on the public. Through the analysis and summary of three aspects, the combination between public demand and G-EIS has been found. And according to this, a conceptual model can be built for the further study.
