产业企业主导的供应链金融如何助力中小企业融资*——一个多案例对比研究

摘要 近年来，鉴于降低信息不对称方面的优势，基于供应链网络产业企业主导的供应链金融开始兴起。本文通过选取三组案例，对商业银行的供应链金融与产业企业主导的供应链金融进行了详细对比。本文发现，与商业银行主导的供应链金融相比，产业企业发起的供应链金融可以更有效地降低事前与事后信息不对称，提升中小企业融资绩效。本文在丰富和拓展供应链金融相关理论的同时，对产业企业开展供应链金融的实践也具有有益启示。
Abstract： In recent years，supply chain finance dominated by industrial enterprises based on supply chain networks has begun to emerge in view of the advantages of reducing information asymmetryBy selecting three groups of cases，this paper compares the difference between industrial enterprises represented by Ecommerce companies and commercial banks in the process of providing supply chain financial services for SMEsCompared with supply chain finance dominated by commercial banks，supply chain finance initiated by industrial enterprises can reduce the exante and expost information asymmetry，improve the financing availability，and reduce the financing cost，so as to improve the financing performance of SMEsThis paper enriches and expands the theory of supply chain finance，also has a useful inspiration for industrial enterprises to carry out supply chain finance
