青海玉树7.1级地震灾后重建地区房屋地震易损性研究

Abstract:
玉树7.1级地震已过去6年时间,重建后的玉树焕然一新。尤其是房屋建筑,与震前相比,新玉树房屋建筑的地震易损性发生了巨大变化。本文通过对玉树7.1级地震的震害情况以及玉树灾后恢复重建地区的地理状况,房屋建筑结构类型进行调查研究,采用类比方法对玉树地区重建后房屋建筑的易损性矩阵进行了修正。以期得到可适用于该地区的房屋破坏概率矩阵,为未来震灾快速评估和辅助决策提供必要支持。
It's been almost six years since Yushu 7.1 earthquake in 2010, and the rebuilt Yushu takes on an entirely new look, especially in buildings. Compared the vulnerability of buildings before the earthquake and the vulnerability of reconstruction buildings after the earthquake, great changes have taken place. In this paper, the disaster caused by Yushu 7.1 earthquake is reviewed briefly first. Second, the information about the vulnerability of the reconstruction buildings was acquired by field investigation. Finally, an analogy method was employed to modify the Damage Probability Matrixes of buildings which are similar to them in construction technique and materials. The modified Damage Probability Matrixes can reflect the vulnerability of the rebuilt buildings.
