经过调研54家中国大型国际工程承包商的核心能力现状, 该研究制定了基于多维度项目管理模型的大型国际工程承包商核心能力评价量表, 并对核心能力进行了结构化分层和核心能力要素间的相关性分析, 形成了适用于中国的大型国际工程承包商的核心能力评价模型。核心能力模型以文化能力、 战略能力、 组织能力、 项目管理能力、 专业技术能力、 人力资源能力、 风险管理能力、 资本运作能力、 市场拓展能力等9项能力要素和基础要素构成的大型国际工程承包商核心能力要素及其相关关系构成, 可以用以指导大型国际工程承包商进行核心能力评价和企业战略选择。
Abstract：The status quo of 54 mega Chinese International Contractors' (CICs) core competencies were investigated to develop a competency evaluation and measurement table for mega international contractors. A multi-dimensional project management model was used to correlate the hierarchy structure and core competency factors to create a competency evaluation model for mega international contractors. The model relates culture, strategy, organization, project management, professional technique, human resources, risk management, capital operation, market expanding and basic competences to provide guidance for core competency evaluation and strategic planning for mega international contractors.
