大数据背景下的生物信息学研究现状
Status of bioinformatics research in big data

生物信息学(Bioinformatics)已成为整个生物医学领域发展的重要组成部分及研究前沿。生物信息学的迅速发展是生物医学发展新阶段的必然结果，特别是伴随着高通量测序技术发展而产生的海量多元组学数据，为该学科的快速发展提供了丰富的数据资源，也提出了极大的挑战。文中基于大数据背景，拟从该交叉学科的迅速发展，主要研究模块，基础背景等方面分析生物信息学的研究现状。
Bioinformatics has become an important component and research front during development of biomedical field.The rapid development of bioinformatics is an inevitable result of the new stage of biomedical studies,especially massive multi component data generated from high throughput sequencing techniques for providing abundant data resources and great challenges.This paper discusses a rapid development,main research modules and basic backgrounds of bioinformatics to analyze its research status based on the background of big data
