认知无线电中视频通信功率速率联合控制算法
Joint power and rate control for video communication in cognitive radio networks

文中针对认知无线电中传输视频功率速率联合控制问题提出了一种基于博弈论的算法。该算法在主用户效用函数的提出中，考虑了次用户对其的干扰和自身的收益。在次用户的构建中，针对次用户视频业务的特征，提出了针对视频业务的效用函数。该效用函数充分考虑了不同次用户在传输不同内容的视频时，对带宽和功率的需求不同这一特点，体现了认知无线电中资源分配的公平性和有效性。同时，在计算次用户功率单价时，是基于主用户效用最大这一原则的，这能够尽可能降低次用户对主用户的功率干扰。
Aimed at the problems of joint power and rate allocation among multiple simultaneous video streams in cognitive networks,a algorithm is proposed based on game theory.The algorithm considers both interferences of primary user suffered from secondary users and primary user own interests when constructing the primary user utility function.A novel secondary user utility function is proposed for video traffic characteristics.Secondary user game each other using the utility function can efficiently and fairly allocate the available network resource to different users according to their different video contents.The power price of secondary user is calculated based on the principle of maximizing the primary userutility function,thus decreasing the interferences from secondary users to primary user
