Abstract:

随着晚期非小细胞肺癌患者生存期的延长及治疗方法的增多，全程化管理的重要性日益凸显。本文按表皮生长因子受体(epidermal growth factor receptor，EGFR)基因突变状况不同，分别综述了EGFR基因突变阳性、阴性及未知的患者全程化管理策略。
