村干部的“赢利”空间研究——以鲁西南X村为例

村干部群体在中国当前的乡村社会当中扮演着重要角色，他们通常都会利用自己的特殊政治身份和社会地位来牟取“灰色”个人利益。笔者通过对鲁西南X村的调查研究发现，当地的村干部之所以能够成功地扮演起“赢利型经纪人”的角色，与当前中国的基层政治结构和民众普遍持有的思想观念有着紧密的联系；从某种意义上来说，村干部的“赢利空间”正是由该群体和国家政府、普通民众共同创造出来的，而他们的“赢利”行动和策略更是彰显了权力的“合谋性”特征。
：In China's current rural society, village cadres play an important role. They usually reap personal shadowy interests using their special political role and social status. Through investigation and study on the X village in the southwest of Shandong province , I found, the local village cadres successfully play the role of profit broker , which has a close link with the current China's grass-roots political structure and the public ideology. In one sense, the profit space of the village cadres is created together by the themselves and governments and ordinary villagers.Their profit action and strategy is highlighting the conspiracy feature of power
