美国SPARK自我管理课程的本土化设计及其实证研究

Abstract:
摘要:在我国越来越注重“健康第一”的体育教学指导思想之时,人们也在思考如何提高学生自身的体育锻炼水平,如何将有限的体育课堂效果延伸到课外,甚至让其进行终身体育锻炼,SPARK自我管理课程在欧美广为盛行并已达到一定的效果。本文旨在借鉴SPARK中的自我管理课程内容并加以更新,将其运用于我国小学体育的教学中,采用问卷调查、实验法、路径分析等方法验证自我管理课程对于我国小学生体育锻炼效果的实际影响,并且探讨其在我国推广的可能性,从而进一步促进中国的体育教育的发展。研究结果表明:在我国实施自我管理课程后,学生体育运动主观极性、自我管理水平、三维健康观中的身心健康均有所提高,而社会适应能力却无显著的正相关,针对上述结果本文特进行深入探究与分析,并提出相关对策与建议。
Abstract: In our country, more and more attention is paid to "health first" guidelines of physical education, people start to think about how to improve students' own levels of physical activity, and how to extend the limited effect of classroom to after-class time, even to carry out lifetime exercise; SPARK self-management curriculum is widely popular in Europe and America, and has reached a certain effect. Based on the content of SPARK self-management curriculum, this study updates it and applies it to the primary school physical education to test its effect on primary school physical education in China, and discusses the possibility of the promotion of our country so as to further promote the development of physical education in China. The methods of questionnaire investigation, experiment and path analysis are used. The results show that the physical exercise subjective initiative, self management level, physical and mental health in three-dimension concept are improved after implementing self-management curriculum, but are not related to social adaptability. This study analyzes the above results and puts forward relevant countermeasures and suggestions
