徐一冰的体育教师教育思想研究
Educational Thoughts of XU Yi-bin on Physical Education Teacher

摘要：徐一冰的体育教师教育思想在中国近代学校体育史上具有重要的地位与影响。通过文献资料法，以培养对象、培养内容、培养方法为主线，对徐一冰的体育教师教育思想进行了梳理和分析。研究认为，徐一冰的体育教师教育思想聚焦在：对培养专业体育教师重要性的认识、对男女体育教师培养过程的设想、对体育教师培养内容的划分和方法的探索等方面。徐一冰的体育教师教育思想对于我国当前完善体育教师职业准入制度，实现体育教师持证上岗，加强体育教师岗位培训力度，深化和活化体育教师考核机制与策略，促进体育教师专业化发展等方面具有重要的启示。徐一冰的体育教师教育思想涵盖面广，内容丰富，具有很强的系统性和完整性，对我国近代体育教师教育体系的形成与发展产生了重要影响和推动作用。
Abstract: Educational thoughts of Xu Yi-bin on physical education teacher have an important status and influence in modern China school physical education history. This paper analyzed educational thoughts of Xu Yi-bin on physical education teacher on object, content, and method by the method of literature review. His educational thoughts on physical education teacher were focusing onto importance recognition, idea of physical education teachers training process on both gender, and training content and method. His thoughts have important revelation to improve present physical education teacher’s occupation qualification system, realize on-duty-with-the-certificate, and deepen and active assessment mechanism and strategy, promote professional development. His educational thoughts on physical education teacher covers a large range and has strong systemic and integrity which has great influence on formation and development of Modern China physical education system
