论教练员教育知识管理的建构

Abstract:
摘要:科技知识发展所体现出知识的巨大价值促使关于人才知识素养的培养成为重要研究课题之一。教练员作为专业技能人员,是运动员竞技表现优劣的重要影响因素。教练员的专业素质、道德以及社会素质反映着我国的运动总体水准并影响着运动发展前景。本论文在梳理国内外知识管理研究的基础上,通过文献资料法、专家访谈法和问卷调查法等方法对我国教练员知识管理的现状进行调查,从教练员的素质内容与教育知识、教练员教育知识管理的目标与原则、教练员教育知识管理的模式三个方面对我国国家队教练员教育知识管理进行分析与论述。指出在三目的、三原则(专、享、控)以及三流程的“三--三--三”相统一的建构模型下将教练员的教育知识进行有效化、系统化地分析并组织成一个更具有生命力的知识系统平台,从而促进教练员教育知识的生产与创新的过程。
Abstract: Personnel training of intellectual literacy are becoming an important research topic under the influence about the huge value of knowledge in modern society. As a specialist for training, coach is an important factor affecting athlete’s performance. At the same time, coach’s professional quality, moral, and social quality reflect China sports level and influence its development. This paper combed knowledge management researches and analyzed the current situation of coaches’ knowledge management in Chinese national teams by the methods of literature review, expert interview, and questionnaire. The study started the analysis from three aspects that are quality content and educational knowledge, goal and target of educational knowledge management, and educational knowledge management mode. This paper constructed a “three-three-three” mode that includes three goals, three principles and three processes, to let coaches can manage their educational knowledge more effective and systematic, and to organize a more vitality knowledge system platform.
