当代我国学校运动训练发展路径的研究

Abstract:

摘要:学校运动训练既是培养全面发展人的重要手段,也是培养优秀竞技体育人才的路径。本研究运用文献资料法、访谈法,以培养全面发展的人才为理念,从我国“体教结合”的培养模式及学校运动训练发展中所存在的问题为切入点,探讨我国学校运动训练的发展路径。首先对学校运动训练的功能及培养路径现存的问题进行梳理总结,其次对我国学校运动训练角色定位问题进行分析;最后对重构学校运动训练发展路径进行探讨。研究认为,未来以教育系统为主的学校运动训练发展路径,既考虑到了学生的身心发展特点与教学、学习规律,也考虑到了我国教育体制与运动训练的特殊性。同时,也兼顾了我国竞技体育体制与实现路径的特殊性,较好地协调了学校体育与竞技体育两者的关系。因此,该路径是促进学校运动训练可持续发展、培养学生运动员全面发展的有效途径。
Abstract: School sports training is not only an approach to cultivate all-round development people, but also a path to cultivate elite talents for sport. This paper defined school sports training in the mode of “combining sports with education” and its existing problems firstly, and then analyzed China school sports training development path in the ideology to cultivate the all-round development person by the methods of literature review and interview. At first, this paper summarized function of school sports training and its problems in development path, then analyzed school sports training role definition, finally discussed its development path reconstruction. This research suggested that school sports training development path should pay attention to students’ physical and mental development characteristics and law of teaching and learning, and the particularity of education system and sports training in China. And also it should take the particularity of China competitive sports system and implementation path into account. It will be able to coordinate the relationship between school sports and competitive sports better. The path put forward in this study is an effective way to promote a sustainable development of school sports training and to cultivate all-round development student athletes
