当代中国发展足球运动的新型社会文化建设意义
New Society Culture Construction Meaning of Developing Football in Contemporary China

摘要：为更好发掘足球运动社会价值，发挥足球运动推动社会文明进步的文化教育功能，为足球运动发展争取更广泛社会共识支持，运用观察思辨、文献资料、逻辑分析等研究方法，根据足球运动项目特征，分析了足球运动在文化开放与竞争比较、文化冲突与积弊挑战、社会改革与文化重构等方面的社会意义，结合外侮威胁、内部分裂、三大球低迷等历史与当代教训，得出结论：（1）发展推广足球运动有助当代中国建立一种集合民主、法治、竞争、合作、科学、系统，兼顾民族特色与独立理性，开放引领，融入世界的现代型社会文化；（2）足球运动的成本投入有其价值，它小于国家文化落后招致发展落后、外敌复返、社会动荡带来的社会成本，执行达尔文“物竞天择，适者生存”定律对人类文明的竞争激励和比较筛选指令，为社会文化提供发展动力和检验手段，形成一种新型社会文化探索、建设、传播工具。
Abstract: In order to better dig social value of football, exert football’s cultural education function to promote social progress, strive for wider social consensus support of football development, this paper analyzed football’s social meaning in culture opening and competition, culture conflict and challenge, social reform and cultural reconstruction based on football traits by the methods of observation, literature review, and logical analysis. At the same time, this study has combined historical and contemporary lessons, such as outside threatening insults, inside discrepancies, three big balls’ events failure. Conclusions: 1) Developing football will help build up a modern type of social culture which contains democracy, rule of law, competition, cooperation, science, system, national characters, and independent logos, in contemporary. 2) The cost of football is worthwhile. Weak national culture will cause wars and social unsteadiness. To fulfill Darwin’s law of “Natural Selection and Survival of the Fittest” can provide power for social culture development and will be a tool for exploring, constructing and spreading a new social culture
