体育教师专业认同与社会地位知觉的探析

Abstract:

摘要:研究以中学体育教师为研究对象,运用文献资料法、问卷调查法探讨中学体育教师专业认同与社会地位知觉的现状以及两者之间的关系,为体育行政部门、学校和中学体育教师提供了有价值的参考。结果发现:中学体育教师自我专业认同状况属中上程度,社会地位知觉状况属中等程度;不同专业背景的中学体育教师专业认同程度呈现一定的差异;不同年龄与教龄的中学体育教师社会地位知觉呈现出一定的差异;中学体育教师专业认同与社会地位知觉之间的关系成正相关。在未来的发展中,应当通过形塑体育教师专业素质,维护教师地位尊严;认同自我角色,提升体育教师专业价值;精进自我,发挥专业知能,尊重自我与学生等相应措施进一步提升体育教师的专业认同。
Abstract: Taking unior middle school physical education teachers as subjects, this study explored their professional identity and social status perception and the relatiohship between the two by the methods of literature review and questionnaire investigation, for prodiving valuable references for sports administrative departments, schools and middle school physical education teachers. Results: Middle school physical education teachers’ professional identity was above average, and their social status perception was medium degree; Their professional identity have some difference because of their different major background; Their social status perception have some difference because of their different ages and teaching ages; Their professional identity have positive correlation with their social status perception. In the future, we should shape the professional quality of physical education teachers and safeguard their dignity; Identify the role of self, and promote the professional value of physical education teachers; Improve themselves and give full play to professional knowledge, respect themselves and students and other measures to further enhance their professional identity
