Abstract:

摘要:体育教育专业是培养未来体育教师的基本载体,是体育教师的摇篮。因此,专业本身的发展状态在很大程度上决定着体育教师培养的质量。基于“国际视野与本土实践”的理念,本研究采用文献资料法、比较研究法和逻辑分析法,对爱尔兰利莫瑞克大学(University of Limerick, UL)体育教育专业的发展目标、课程设置、师资队伍建设等三个方面进行了分析。结果表明:爱尔兰利莫瑞克大学体育教育专业发展目标是通过学生教学和科研的创新来推动体育教育专业学生的学习,促进其知识增长,培养社会通才型人才,学生毕业后就业方向广泛;课程设置注重体现人才培养的多样性,课程本身具有系统性,强调教学方法的重要性,突出二专必修的特色性;其雄厚的师资队伍也为该专业的建设与发展提供了支撑。对我国体育教育专业的启示包括:落实我国体育教育专业人才培养目标,优化体育教育专业课程设置,提升学生实践教学能力。
Abstract: The physical education (PE) major is the basic carrier and cradle to cultivate future PE teachers, so its development determines the quality of PE teachers. Based on the concept of “international vision and local practice", this paper analyzed the development goals, curriculum design and the teacher’s troop construction of physical education major in university of Limerick by the methods of literature review and comparative analysis. Results: The development goals of physical education major in university of Limerick are to promote students’ learning by education and research cultivations, to enrich student’s knowledge and to culture all-round talents for employment. Its curriculum design focused on the diversity of talent cultivation; course is systematic and focuses on teaching method and features of second professional courses. Their strong teaching staffs provide support for the construction and development of the major. Enlightenments coming from these results are to clear training goals of physical education major in China, optimize curriculum design of physical education major and improve students' teaching ability
