“健康中国”视域下体育的价值定位、历史使命及其实现路径——基于习近平治国理政的思想与战略
Value Orientation, Historic Mission and Realization Path of Sport in the Perspective of "Health China": Based on Xi Jinping's Thoughts and Strategy of Governing the Country

摘要：“健康中国”是习近平治国理政的思想和战略体系之一，其对体育全面承担健康治理工程做出了明确布局。鉴于此，主要采用文献资料法、制度分析法等研究方法，基于习近平治国理政新理念新思想新战略，以“健康中国”建设中的体育发展为研究对象，对“健康中国”的体育使命及其实现的路径进行了探究。研究认为：在新的历史起点，体育应主动承担起相应的使命，才能基于社会整体的健康治理构建自身的动力系统；在“健康中国”的建设过程中，体育的使命是多元、跨界和协同的，主要包括惠民使命、经济使命、文化使命、政治使命和生态使命；以上5个使命实现的关键路径有：树立中国特色社会主义的体育思想、创建和完善体育跨界发展的制度体系、重塑运动项目的健康促进体系和建立互联网的体育科技创新平台。研究目的在于为健康中国建设中的体育事业发展提供理论依据。
Abstract: “Healthy China” is one of Xi Jinping’s thought and strategy system of governing the country, and has made a clear layout for sports undertaking health management project in an all-round way. Based on Xi Jinping's new idea, new thought and new strategy of governing the country, took sports development in the construction of “Healthy China” as the research object, this study explored sports mission of “Healthy China” and its realization path, by the methods of literature review and institution analysis. Conclusions: In the new historical starting point, sports should take the initiative to undertake the corresponding mission, so as to build their own power system based on the healthy governance of the whole society; in the process of building "healthy China", the mission of sports is pluralistic, cross-border and collaborative, including mission of benefit the people, economic mission, cultural mission, political mission and ecological mission; the key paths to realize the five missions are to set up the sports thought of socialism with Chinese characteristics, establish and improve the system of cross-border sports development, reshape the healthy promotion system of sports events and establish sports science and technology innovation platform on Internet. The purpose of this study was to provide a theoretical basis for sports development in the construction of “Healthy China”
