现代社会条件下高校龙舟运动发展的瓶颈及对策研究
Bottleneck and Countermeasure of the Development of Dragon Boat Race in Modern Society

摘要：随着龙舟运动的快速兴起，我国高校龙舟运动也得到了迅猛发展。经过30多年的历史积累，今天高校的龙舟运动已经取得了十分丰硕的成果，但也存在着很多问题。本文运用文献资料法、访谈法、实地考察法等研究方法，对现代社会条件下高校龙舟运动发展进行分析，发现高校龙舟运动发展遇到很多不利因素，如龙舟运动在高校开展中遇到人才缺乏、经费不足、场地受限、运动员自身发展等诸多问题。本文通过对问题的详细研究，探索出促进高校龙舟运动发展的相关策略，为高校龙舟运动的快速发展提供一些理论参考和借鉴。
Abstract: With the rapid development of the dragon boat movement, many China colleges joined this sport. After more than thirty years accumulation, college dragon boat race has made a lot of achievements, but there are also many problems. This paper analyzed the development of college dragon boat race under the condition of modern society by the methods of literature, interview, and field work. And it found that many adverse factors, such as lack of talent, lack of fund, limited space site place, and athlete’s personal development. This paper explored some strategies to promote the development of dragon boat race in college to provide some theoretical reference for the rapid development of college dragon boat movement
