治理视域下体育社团社会责任的概念溯源及体系构建
Original Concept of Social Responsibility of Sports Organizations and It’s System Construction Under the Perspective of Governance

摘要：在我国深化体育改革的背景下，体育社团进入体育治理体系、成为体育治理的主体是必然的趋势，体育社团社会责任体系构建对于推进体育治理体系和治理能力现代化建设意义重大。主要采用文献资料法，对体育社团社会责任的理论渊源及五位一体社会责任体系构建等问题进行了分析与研究。研究认为，我国体育事业的改革和发展需要政府、市场和社会组织等多元主体的协同合作，体育社团在分享治理权力、资源的同时，也应当积极主动分担相应的责任。体育社团社会责任体系的构建不仅要关注体育社团自身发展和利益相关者的需求，还应当符合国家治理体系和治理能力现代化建设的需要，关注我国社会改革和发展的总体要求，与建设中国特色社会主义的总体布局相一致。提出了体育社团社会责任体系是由包括体育社团的政治责任、经济责任、文化责任、社会建设责任、生态文明责任在内的5个子系统构成的五位一体社会责任有机整体。
Abstract: In the context of deepening the reform of sports culture in China, it’s an inevitable trend for sports community organizations to enter the system of sports governance and become the main body of sports governance. The construction of social responsibility system of sports organizations is of great significance to the promotion of sports governance system and the modernization of governance ability. This study analyzed the original concepts and five-in-one system construction of social responsibility of sports organizations by the method of literature review. The study concluded that the reform and development of China's sport need the cooperation between the government, the market and the social organizations, and sports organizations should share the power and resources, as well as the corresponding responsibilities. The construction of social responsibility system of sports organization should not only focus on the sports community development and the needs of stakeholders, should also meet the need of national governance systems and governance capacity modernization construction, focus on the general requirements of reform and development of our society, and the system should be consistent with the overall layout of the socialist construction Chinese characteristics. The study put forward that the social responsibility system of sports organization is five-in-one organic system, and composed of five subsystems that are political responsibility, economic responsibility, cultural responsibility, social construction responsibility and ecological civilization responsibility
