优秀排球运动员拦网过程中决策行为特征研究
Features of Decision Making in the Process of Blocking by Elite Volleyball Players

摘要：在专家—新手的研究范式中加入中间级，以90名不同运动水平的排球运动员作为被试，采用自行设计开发的“排球运动员运动决策测试系统”软件为测试工具，分析优秀排球运动员在拦网过程中的决策特征。结论：在拦网过程中，不同水平被试的决策水平存在显著性差异。优秀排球运动员决策速度和准确性具有专家优势，专家组优于中间组，中间组优于初级组；由此说明运动水平因素是影响决策速度和准确性的主要因素。结论表明，专家组在拦网过程中的决策信息加工水平具有专家特有的决策策略，表现出决策速度快、准确性高，这与多年的训练、专项知识经验、关注主要信息线索、提取信息速度快有着直接的关系。
Abstract: Ninety volleyball players were classified as experts, intermediates and novices to take part in a test of volleyball athlete’s decision making test system in this study, and their features of decision making in the process of blocking were analyzed by using self-developed software “Volleyball Player Decision Making Test System”. Conclusions: Decision making levels of different level test takers have significant difference in block process. Decision making speed and accuracy of elite volleyball players has expert advantage. Experts have better performance than intermediates, and intermediates are better than the novices. Sports level is the main factor to affect decision making speed and accuracy. Experts have their own information master for decision making in the process of blocking. It demonstrated that high speed and high accuracy decision making has direct connection with many years training, specific knowledge experience, following main information, and high information extraction speed
