欧盟竞技体育模式的发展特征与效应研究——以欧洲足球为例
Development Characteristics and Effects of European Union Sports Mode: A Case Study on European Football

摘要：一体化走向的欧盟竞技体育发展模式为欧盟竞技体育的集团化发展搭建了平台，创造了活力。为深入把握这一模式的发展特征及其效应，采用文献资料调研和逻辑归纳分析法等方法，以欧盟一体化的发展战略为研究背景，以欧洲足球发展为例，对欧盟竞技体育模式进行系统研究。1）对欧盟竞技体育模式的产生背景与基本组织构架进行了简述；2）从体育赛事体系发展、体育人才资源流动、体育市场资本注入和体育文化冲突与融合4个方面阐述了欧盟竞技体育模式发展的结构性特征；3）对欧盟竞技体育模式发展的正反面效应进行了分析，认为正面效应主要表现为欧盟竞技体育模式发展有利于构建欧洲身份认同，有利于欧盟国家竞技体育水平的整体提升以及有利于提高欧盟体育的国际地位和国际话语权；而负面效应则表现为收入分配不均导致俱乐部两极分化危机，在经济上要承担连锁危机的风险以及商业化背景下欧盟竞技体育价值观正在遭遇挑战。
Abstract: Integration trend of European Union sports development mode set up a platform and create a dynamic for group development of European Union sports. For better grasp the development characteristics and effects of this mode, this paper did a case study on European football in the background of European integration development strategy by the methods of literature review and logical analysis. Firstly, this paper outlined background and basic constitution of European Union sports mode. Then we analyzed structural characteristics of European Union sports mode development in the aspects of events system, talent resource flow, capital injection, and cultural conflict and fusion. Thirdly, this study analyzed positive and negative effects of European Union sports mode development. The mainly positive effects are that it will be benefit for European identity construction, wholly improve its competitive level, promote its international standing and discourse power; while the negative effects are club polarize crisis because of income allocate inequality, risk crisis of chain management, and European Union sports values challenged in business background
