体育协同治理的演化博弈分析——以CBA联赛为例
Evolutionary Game Analysis of Sports Collaborative Governance：Taking the CBA League as an Example

摘要：中国体育治理体系和治理能力的现代化迫切要求政府、市场和社会等多主体多领域的良序协同。借助演化博弈论，以CBA联赛为分析案例，构建了一个演化博弈模型解释多元治理主体参与体育协同治理的策略选择、影响因素及演化路径。研究结果表明：体育协同治理必须以各参与方的利益改善为前提，预期收益、运作成本与协同能力是影响参与方策略调整和演化方向的主要因素，预期收益值愈高，运作成本愈低，能力互补性愈强，各参与方的协同意愿就愈强烈，愈有利于达成协同治理。进而基于研究结论，从建立合理的收益分配和风险分担机制、加强政府协同领导力建设以及提升市场和社会主体治理能力等方面提出相应政策建议。
Abstract: Modernization of China's sports governance system and governance capability urgently requires good order and coordination among government, market and society. With the help of evolutionary game theory and taking CBA League as an example, an evolutionary game model is constructed in this study to explain the strategic choice, influencing factors and evolutionary path of multi-governance subjects participating in sports co-governance. The results show that sports synergy governance must be based on the improvement of the interests of the participants; expected benefits, operating costs and synergy ability are the main factors affecting the strategy adjustment and evolution direction of the participants; the more vigorous, the more conducive to achieving synergy governance; the higher the expected return, the lower the operating costs, and the stronger the complementarity of capabilities, the stronger the willingness of the participants to cooperate, and the more conducive to achieving coordinated governance. Based on the conclusion of the study, the corresponding policy recommendations are put forward from the aspects of establishing a reasonable income distribution and risk sharing mechanism, strengthening the construction of government coordination and leadership, and improving the governance ability of the market and social subjects
